Cast photos for Teen Wolf season 3 have been released, showing us some great shots of our favorite Beacon Hills characters.

In addition to the exclusive photos, Entertainment Weekly also got a chance to talk to creator and executive produver Jeff Davis about the various characters featured above.
Three snippets were particularly interesting. The first is that Davis says Scott is, “going to be a leader. The idea is going to be whether or not Scott is going to become an Alpha in his own right some day.” This has always been an inevitable plotline for the show, but it’s interesting that it’s cropping up now. Given that Scott is finally comfortable with himself as a werewolf and has started working on bettering his grades and his relationships with his friends and family, we might just see him transform into a powerful Alpha by the time season 3 wraps up.
The next interesting tidbit was about Derek. Davis says, “His character changes quite a bit this season, becomes a different person. You might see a kinder, gentler Derek coming about and that has a lot to do with Scott’s influence.” Fans will sure to be happy about this one! Derek has been lonely and brooding for two seasons, but now that things have calmed down a little bit (for now), it seems like Derek is finally letting loose. We know he’ll be getting a love interest, and that he and Scott will be working together more closely this season.
The last new bit of information is about the Alpha Pack twins, Ethan and Aiden. We already knew they had their sights set on Lydia and Danny, but it looks like, “they become quite important by the end of the season.” Fans have been clamoring for some more Danny for a while, and many of them want to see a true relationship develop between him and Ethan. Could the twins end up betraying the Alpha Pack and joining Scott or Derek’s group?
