Man of Steel will be heading to theaters this June and today we have some new images of actor Henry Cavill as Superman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, and some other cast members from the next Superman film.

In other news, it’s been reported recently that the Justice League film and the possibility of it being made is entirely dependent upon the financial success of Man of Steel. Variety reported that the big-wigs at Warner Bros. are waiting to see how Man Of Steel performs “before moving further ahead on Justice League,” mostly due to the fact that Superman is such an integral part of the Justice League.
It’s been rumored that a Justice League film was already in pre-production and that it was headed to theaters in 2015, but with these recent reports, it would appear that there’s no work being done on the film until the box office numbers are released for Man of Steel. So, if you’re a DC comic fan and you hope to see a Justice League film in the next few years, it may be a wise investment to catch Man of Steel in IMAX 3D multiple times when it hits theaters.
