At a San Diego Comic-Con panel, Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane has discussed the possibility of a Ted sequel as well as announcing Rupert Grint and Mad Men‘s John Hamm as guest stars for the upcoming series of American Dad.

According to Deadline the writer/actor turned Director told fans he’d “be open to making Ted 2.” His comments are hardly surprising, given that the Mark Wahlberg starring movie has become the highest grossing R-rated comedy of all time.

That wasn’t all MacFarlane had up his sleeve, though. He also announced that Rupert Grint and Mad Men actor Jon Hamm will join Danny Glover, Sarah Michelle Geller, and Will Forte in a slew of guest roles for the upcoming season of American Dad. It wasn’t all good news, though. When asked about his planned Flinstones reboot, he said: “It’s been put on the backburner, so we don’t know when it is going to happen. There’s no exact schedule.”
