A new Scooby-Doo movie is on the way, and it’s already got a star-studded cast attached!

According to The Hollywood Reporter, a new Scooby-Doo animated feature film is currently in the works over at Warner Brother’s Warner Animation Group division.

Today, the studio announced that actors Will Forte (Last Man on Earth), Gina Rodriguez (Jane the Virgin), Tracy Morgan (30 Rock), and Frank Welker (Star Wars Resistance) have all signed on to lend their voices to the animated feature.

The newest Scooby-Doo flick finds the Mystery, Inc. gang teaming up with a slew of other recognizable Hanna-Barbera heroes in an effort to stop Dick Dastardly before he puts his his evil plans into motion.

Both Rodriguez and Forte will be playing characters fans of Scooby-Doo will be quite familiar with. They’ll be voicing the roles of Velma and Shaggy, respectively.

Meanwhile, Morgan will be lending his voice to Captain Caveman.

Captain Caveman (or Cavey for short) isn’t part of the Scooby-verse, but he is a fellow notable Hanna-Barbera character.

The character’s animated series, Captain Caveman and the Teen Angels, aired on ABC from September 1977 to June 1980.

The series followed Cavey and the Teen Angels as they worked together to solve mysteries.

Directed by Tony Cervone, and produced by Chris Columbus, Charles Roven, and Allison Abbate, the animated movie is scheduled to be released in theaters in May 2020.
