After taking last week off so Grey’s could spend two hours saying farewell to a certain major character, Scandal season 4 is back!

The penultimate episode of Scandal’s latest season, airing tonight at 9 p.m. eastern/pacific on ABC, is titled “A Few Good Women” and will hopefully set up an exciting finale.

“Vice President Ross continues to defy the Grant administration when she hires Olivia Pope to defend a woman in the Navy,” the synopsis for Scandal season 4, episode 21 reads. “Meanwhile, Quinn and Huck must do what they do best to get answers about B613 and Mellie’s campaign for Senate continues to be a struggle.”

Though ABC hasn’t released any photos from tonight’s new Scandal, they have released two great clips.

In this first scene, Olivia visits the White House to encourage Mellie to go a certain way on a hot subject, but Abby has pressing questions of her own: Is she back with Jake? And what happened to Ms. Pope’s hot boy toy Russell? Olivia says simply he wasn’t her type (she’s not interested in B613 employees).

Speaking of Russell, in this second clip we get an answer to Abby’s question: He’s been tied up and now at the hand of Quinn and Huck. Olivia drops in to the holding room to demand answers about Foxtail, a secret something that ABC has been promising us answers to since the last episode aired in April. Olivia deliciously warns Russell that if he doesn’t answer their questions, Quinn and Huck are going to deliver punishment “much worse than death”:

Finally, a trailer for the episode finds Olivia going up against the Navy and Jake coming face to face with Russell again:

Return to Hypable after Scandal season 4, episode 21 airs for our recap of the highlights! And remember: Next week is the season finale, which many are hoping will finally usher in the end of Papa Pope’s reign.

Can’t remember what happened on the last episode? That’s okay, it’s been two weeks! Here’s a refresher.
