Last night, comedic legend Martin Short hosted Saturday Night Live with musical legend Paul McCartney. Check out some of the highlights from last night’s episode.

As we reported last night just after it aired, Saturday Night Live chose to nix their traditional cold open and bring in the very talented New York City Children’s Choir singing “Silent Night” in the wake of the recent tragedies in Newtown, Connecticut.

After the haunting performance, Saturday Night Live kicked into gear per usual with the New York City Children’s Choir getting the famous line, “Live from New York, it’s Saturday night!”

Check out the clips from last night’s Saturday Night Live below:

“Holiday Pagaent” (featuring Paul McCartney) – From SNL: “An oppressed cousin gets his chance to sing a popular Christmas tune after his partner storms off during a local pageant audition.”
