The Drive star features in several new black-and-white photos for Only God Forgives, and he seems to be looking the worse for wear!
The movie sees the actor collaborate with Nicolas Winding Refn again, and the photos coupled with what we know about the plot suggests that Only God will be just as violent and moody as last year’s critically acclaimed car-movie-that-isn’t-really-about-cars.
The project sees Gosling play an exiled cop who runs a drug circle in Thailand, fronted by a boxing club. However, the glamorous new lifestyle doesn’t work out for the as-yet-unnamed cop when his brother is killed for murdering a prostitute. Only God Forgives will also star Kristin Scott Thomas, and will be released at a currently unspecified date in early 2013.
