On Run BTS! episode 77, BTS starts up a new series of competitions all revolving around food! Here’s some of the best moments from “Food Guest 1”!
Team Kim Seokjin and Team Seokjin Kim
Now that Bangtan has decided that Jin’s name is lucky on Run BTS! they always want to have that name when they’re playing a game. This time neither team is willing to go without it even if that means we’re going to be confused the whole time that they play this game.
At least Namjoon, Jungkook, and Yoongi agree that they’ll pretend to be Korean American and go with Team Seokjin Kim. While Hoseok, Jimin, and Taehyung take the name Team Kim Seokjin.
Dionysus Jin returns?
MC Jin wants to get the games started by having everyone yell out – and the members of BTS are happy to oblige him. Except for Yoongi who just pretends until Jimin decides to call him out on it.
Knowing how his former roommate is though, Jin immediately says that he gives up and they move on.
Overestimating Bangtan
When Namjoon complains about the extra rule being added to the game, Jin reminds him that he’s spoken at the UN before. That doesn’t really make his team feel any more confident about the game though.
Yoongi wonders what the speech has to do with the game and Namjoon is confused that he somehow feels convinced by Jin.
Jungkook vs. Jimin
The first game comes down to two of the maknaes after all the others have been eliminated. They just have to remember the sequence of the different motions one more time in order to win for their teams.
They all crack up when Jungkook seems to forget immediately and Jimin celebrates but they decide to give it one more try. Jimin starts this time and it’s not long before he messes up and they declare Jungkook the winner.
King of Destruction strikes again
First Jungkook has to help Namjoon figure out how to use the pen. Then Namjoon somehow manages to break the easel while he’s trying to get his paper set up. Meanwhile the clock is ticking and they start to panic. Until Jungkook saves the day again.
Namjoon may be able to take over the world with his music, but he also can’t stop breaking things.
Artist Taehyung
Taehyung gets what is supposed to be an easy thing to draw, but his teammates have a hard time understanding what his food item is. Though that doesn’t seem to matter because they’re all impressed with his outfit of choice.
They might not have known what games they were going to be playing that day on Run BTS! but Taehyung managed to dress up like an artist and match the game anyways.
Run BTS staff strikes again
Team Kim Seokjin has a lot of trouble with their turns after their first few items take a long time to guess. They’re disappointed later to find out that the staff tricked them by letting them continue the game even after their timer had ended.
All because they wanted to see how Hoseok and Jin would draw.
Multiple choice
In the last game the members have to listen to a sped up recipe and guess what meal it’s for. What they don’t know is that it’s also a multiple choice option game which Jin doesn’t tell them until after they keep trying to guess.
Still, they keep guessing random numbers until Namjoon convinces them to let Jin tell them the choices.
