It’s time for the final lesson in BTS School on Run BTS! episode 65, and the Bangtan Boys have to try their hand at debating while avoiding getting sprayed by a water gun!

‘Run BTS!’ episode 65 recap:

For the last subject of BTS School, the Bangtan boys take on Korean Languages. Namjoon and Jin are confident they’ll be able to win, until they hear that it’s going to be a debate.

They’ll each sit on a like or dislike team to debate for 15 minutes. They also have to choose two keywords they can’t use, and if they do use the keywords, they get sprayed with a water gun. They also lose points for using the word, and lose points if they don’t speak for longer than 30 seconds.

Bangtan also decides to let the other members pick each other’s keywords to make things even harder. They seem to get so much glee from the chance to torture each other, but it also shows how well they know each other’s habits.

Hoseok’s forbidden keywords are “Uh,” and “hahaha.”
Jimin’s forbidden keywords are “No but,” and “I think.”
Jungkook’s forbidden keywords are “Uh,” and “I think.”
Jin’s forbidden keywords are “No,” and “Yes.”
Taehyung’s forbidden keywords are “Now,” and “A little.”
Namjoon’s forbidden keywords are “Everyone,” and “Um.”

Their topic is on Mint Chocolate, with Jungkook and Hoseok being the only members that pick to be on the “like” team, while Jimin, Jin, Taehyung, and Namjoon are on the dislike team.

With the like team going first, Hoseok ends up being the first one to get sprayed with the water gun. It shocks him and makes everyone else burst out into laughter. When Jungkook starts talking, he quickly gets sprayed, too.

When the dislike team starts talking, the staff tries to spray Jin for using a forbidden word, but they end up missing him! Then Jimin gets sprayed for not speaking yet, so Taehyung is quick to start talking. Chaos continues to consume this team as the staff keeps missing who they’re supposed to be spraying.

Hoseok and Jungkook get a chance to go again, and neither of them get sprayed this time, though the other team continues to shout disagreements at them. They try to make the point that everything the dislike team is saying is just personal preference, and not scientific reasons to get rid of mint chocolate chip.

They’re able to debate back and forth for a little while without anyone getting wet. Until Jungkook says, “I think,” and gets sprayed with water. So of course he says it again to mess with the staff and his hyungs crack up.

Jungkook also manages to trick Jin into saying his forbidden word so he gets sprayed. When Hoseok laughs at it, he gets sprayed, which confuses the heck out of him.

Jimin figures out his forbidden word when he gets sprayed again a few times for saying it, and Hoseok complains he doesn’t know what his are.

And so Hoseok continues to get sprayed with water each and every time he laughs at the others. Which is a lot! Finally, after he gets sprayed over and over again, Hoseok figures out that it’s his laughter that’s forbidden.

No sooner has he figured that out than the staff starts spraying him for using his other forbidden word. Hoseok gets soaked again because he keeps saying it in reaction to getting sprayed. At this point, his white shirt is basically see-through.

When the dislike team goes to make their final statements, they start getting sprayed for saying their forbidden words. Only Jin, who figured out what both of his were, is able to get through the last comments dry. Meanwhile, Hoseok gets sprayed for laughing at them again.

Not surprisingly, Hoseok and Jungkook did the worst thanks to all of their turns getting sprayed. This means Team Jeon Jungkook will be getting the penalty. They spin the wheel and get “Sunset in Incheon,” and it’s revealed that Yoongi got picked to be their secret team mate, so he has to go, too.

They also reveal that since Jungkook got picked as class president, he can pick one of the members from Team Kim Seokjin to go in his place. That leaves Namjoon, Taehyung, and Jin trying to convince Jungkook which one of them should be picked.

Jungkook decides that he wants to stay with his team and go to the sunset, so he gives the others a chance to switch and they all want to stay, too. Instead, he just wants to force one of the other members to go with them. He decides to torture them with a game, but targets Jin so the oldest gets added to the penalty as well.

The last few minutes of the episode shows the members going to do their penalty. They’re fresh off a flight and the weather is kind of bad, so it’s not the greatest of views. For all of their talk about having a new memory together, there’s a lot of complaining going around.

They cheer up a bit when they decide to pretend to see the sunset and ask the producers to add in affects later (which they did). They decide to take a picture together to mark their new memory/penalty.
