You can now watch the new opening credits for the Roseanne revival ahead of the premiere.
The new sequence leans heavily on the nostalgia of the original series, incorporating the same music, played on the harmonica. Fans of the series will also recall that the old credits sequence similarly featured the family seated around the dinner table. One change is that the original credits featured the family arguing, while the new credits feature a more peaceful Conner family.
The revamped, yet familiar, credits sequence could be a good indication of what the tone of the overall show will be. Keeping with the feeling of the original series, but bringing it into 2018 with modern topics.
One thing that definitely won’t change is Roseanne’s iconic laugh, which the credits sequence ends on. Check out the brand new opening credits sequence below.
