Variety is reporting that Robert Pattinson and Guy Pearce are in talks for roles in David Michod’s (Animal Kingdom) upcoming film, Rover.

According to Variety, Michod will also co-write the film, based on an idea he had with Joel Edgerton (Warrior).

Pearce will play a man who pursues a group of men who stole his car through the wild and rugged Australian Outback. Pattinson will play one of the thieves.

Pattinson is also set to star in the Saddam Hussein manhunt film, Mission: Blacklist.
