Rihanna has announced her Diamonds World Tour, kicking off in the spring.

Starting March 8 in Buffalo, N.Y., Rihanna will tour the United States and Canada hitting up 27 cities, including Philly, Montreal, Las Vegas, Vancouver and Tampa, by the time she wraps up the North American leg in Brooklyn, N.Y. May 4.

Rihanna opened the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards Thursday, performing “Cockiness” with A$AP. She took home the Video of the Year Moonman for “We Found Love,” having previously won in the same category with “Umbrella” in 2007. She also appeared in the closing ceremony for the 2012 London Paralympics Sunday.
