Revenge season 4, episode 8, “Contact,” just finished airing! Find out what drama ensued with our favorite South Hampton residents here.

Tonight’s episode of Revenge starts out David saving Victoria’s life and Emily refusing to help. Once the ambulance arrives he tells her it’s okay that she didn’t help because she was scared. She demands answers but gets dissed when he chooses to jump in the ambulance with Victoria.

Margaux admits she’s in love with Daniel. Wasn’t she just in love with Jack not too long ago? She breaks it off with Daniel and walks out to Louise. Margaux tells her she’s a bad enemy to have.

Jack finds Nolan at the Beach Club. He’s upset that they’re keeping him out of the loop. Nolan confesses that Charlotte killed the man in the hotel and Emily planted the knife. Jack apologizes about the interview. “Don’t cry for me sergeantina.” Oh, Nolan, we’ve missed you.

At Thorne Manor, Nolan finds out that Victoria is still alive and fills Emily in. Em doesn’t care, she still wants answers and needs to get them fast before “that black heart of [Victoria’s] starts ticking again.”

At the hospital, Louise drops off flowers for Victoria. She is kicked out because she isn’t family and once again has visions of her mother. Her vision tells her to try and somehow have Victoria’s grandbaby. Ha! Great plan.

Emily arrives and is considered family – according to David.

David was shocked that Emily didn’t want to help Victoria because she used to be such a loving person. Emily pretty much tells him that Victoria’s the devil but he doesn’t bite. He claims he wasn’t the one who took the photos of the fake Amanda.

At that moment Victoria awakes to them talking/arguing and unplugs herself from her machine. David runs to her aid and just as she’s about to be revived she plugs the machine back in. Which makes no sense.

The sheriff introduces Ben and Jack to FBI agent Kate. She’s to lead the case on Conrad’s death. Jack is to help lead in helping much to Ben’s dismay. They fill Kate in on the evidence and she says that the knife may have been planted. Jack’s freaking out.

They look at video footage and realize that the man murdered at the hotel was the same man who tried to run David over. David now needs to be questioned.

Louise sends a letter to Daniel with the LeMarchal letterhead and sneakily gets him alone in a shower. Daniel is freaked out and jumps out. He threatens to send her to an institution and kicks her out of the hotel room.

At the Beach Club a bartender quits because Nolan is the new owner. Margaux shows up and wants Nolan’s help in getting Louise’s locked criminal record. Nolan tells her that any enemy of hers is a friend of his. Ouch.

Back at the hospital, Kate shows up at and wants to question David. She asks about the man with the half moon tattoo and he has a quick flash back to that same man talking to him and showing him photos of Amanda.

Kate then gets a call from the precinct and tells Jack that the knife did indeed belong to the dead man. Good job, Emily.

Jack and Kate have a drink afterward when Ben starts a bar fight. He’s jealous that Jack may get considered to be a detective over him. Jack insists he didn’t want anything to do with it.

David tells Emily he knows she stole the knife and photos from his safe deposit box. She tells him that she knows he killed Conrad. Apparently she doesn’t know the whole story about Victoria and he spits out that he never asked for her help. Bad move, Dad.

Nolan’s at the bar with Louise and fills her in on the new owner – him. When Louise uses the restroom Nolan see’s her tablet and all her weird/crazy fake photos of Louise with Victoria. “Why can’t I have any normal friends?”

Emily goes to the beach house and Daniel shows up. Their conversation surprisingly seemed genuine and like they could have a sort of friendship. He tells her to keep pressing her father.

David asks Victoria if she knew that Emily was Amanda and she says yes and that they’re enemies. Why is he continuing to baby Victoria and not his own daughter? What more is he hiding?

Then men dressed as doctors enter the room and try to take David. He’s almost taken until Emily arrives and saves him. He’s amazed and in shock and probably realizes his daughter is a BAMF.

Outside the hospital, he tells her that him being stabbed in prison was a cover by a rival of Conrad’s. He threatened to kill Amanda if he didn’t comply with his wishes. Once David heard that Amanda was killed he escaped his hold. David then found out about Conrad and that his name was cleared.

He tells her he’s proud of her but that he can’t be her father. “It’s too dangerous.” He really needs to discover who his daughter really is. He loves her “infinity times infinity.” Why does she let him walk away!!??

Daniel finally decides to visit Victoria. He tells her that Margaux told him she loves him and he blames his mother for everything in his life. Victoria says that Conrad’s business choices are the reasoning behind everything. It was either Daniel or David and she chose Daniel. He doesn’t believe her.

At LeMarchal, Nolan shows up to see Margaux doing research on the Ellis family. Nolan wants Margaux to help fix his image in the media in return for Louise’s criminal record.

Emily tells Nolan that she promised not to involve herself in her father’s current fight. Nolan says he has a trick up his sleeve for Victoria.

Emily walks to her back room where she’s keeping one of the “doctors” that tried to kidnap David hostage. Of course she can’t stay out of it. And we kind of love her for it.
