Revenge season 4, episode 15, “Bait,” just aired! Check out our recap to find out what happened with our favorite South Hampton residents.

Revenge starts off pretty much where we left off about a month ago. Emily and Ben wake up from a night spent together (and part of the morning). We hope Jack isn’t still creeping outside.

Victoria meets with Margaux to tell her that yet another Grayson has passed away. Daniel’s grandfather has left Victoria his estate. Supposedly the money will help with Daniel’s foundation. Hmm, the rich certainly stay rich, don’t they?

While cleaning out his locker, Jack tells Ben he’s going to do something he should have done a long time ago.

Margaux’s hired help to find dirt on Emily is coming up short. He reports that she stayed at Ben’s place the night prior and he asks why Margaux isn’t using the video footage of Jack confessing to Emily about killing Kate. She explains that it is on the backburner, but she wants more.

We all know she has a soft spot for Jack and shes holding off as long as possible, but Margaux drops the bomb that she’ll be using the video to throw Emily under the bus and everyone will know by tomorrow morning.

Margaux’s secretary/co-worker Simone overhears this news and immediately calls Nolan to give him a heads up; he’s offered to pay her for any info that comes up.

Victoria meets with the estate lawyer and he tells her that she’ll only be getting Edward Grayson’s dogs. Just as she asks about the inheritance, the lawyer says his wife will be receiving that — not his wife that died 20 years ago, his current wife, Natalie Waters. And her entrance to the conference room is priceless.

As it turns out, they’ve been married four months and Natalie was “Teddy’s” nurse during his illness. Natalie didn’t tell Victoria about her father-in-law’s passing because she wanted to see what kind of person she was first. She certainly got a taste of that when Victoria threw all of her friends’ dirty laundry to air out.

Nolan gets partial hold of the video of Jack’s confession and they realize its importance. Jack will be the one behind bars, not Emily. At the magazine, Margaux calls the authorities because there has been a breach of her air-gapped computer. She thinks Simone may be behind it.

Jack is at the beach looking for sea glass when David Clarke creeps up brooding from afar. They talk about how Jack and Emily used to be so inseparable as children, and this seems to give Jack some more cajones to talk to Emily.

Then he gets blindsided about the video Margaux has on him. This kid will never catch a damn break. He convinces Emily and Nolan that he’ll talk with Margaux and try to steal the video from her.

Louise’s brother Lyman visits and their conversation turns a bit nasty. He leaves her saying, “Silly girl, you know better than to doubt me. I always find out a way to come out on top.” Ugh, politicians…

Natalie is sitting at a bar speaking to anyone who’ll listen about her inheritance woes (the struggle!) when David chimes in. He asks her about the boat and she says she’ll give it to him if he buys her a drink. We must be hitting up the wrong bars.

Victoria tries to hire an attorney to go after Natalie, but everyone knows her current money issues. Just as the attorney leaves, we see that Lyman has overheard their discussion. He tells Victoria he’ll work the case and get her the money she “deserves” as long as he can have 40% of the inheritance. It’ll be more than enough for his campaign.

She tells him to prove his worth and she’ll think about it. After some digging, he finds out that apparently Natalie had her nursing credentials stripped after getting fired for swindling money from a patient. Seems he’s proven himself worthy of working for a Grayson.

Jack and Margaux meet and oh, we have breaking news: CARL ALERT! He’s alive and well! Jack decided to bring Carl along. Nice move, Jack. Bring the kid so she’ll feel bad for putting you on death row. They talk about being single parents and how their choices affect their children. Maybe Jack should be a politician?

Hold that thought.

As Margaux gets in her car, she sits next to Simone. Margaux knows she’s been played by Jack, and Simone has been playing Nolan. The video will go out and Emily will “get what she deserves.”

Nolan tries to explain to Louise that he and Emily are superheros and Louise wants to play along. Nolan dictates to Emily the floor plan of LeMarchal and just as we think Emily is discovered by Margaux and the FBI, it is actually Louise playing lost and stupid. Margaux gets frustrated and decides to show the present FBI agents the video, but it’s gone. HA!

Emily confronts Margaux in her office and flat out says that she needs to work harder to defeat her. She’s not invincible, just better.

Ben walks to his car after his shift and finds Margaux there. She shows him a picture of his ex-wife April and says she knows where she is and he has to do what she says or she’ll tell “someone else.”

Back at Emily’s she tells Jack that he’s in the clear. Then he busts out the sea glass…and his heart. And what does Emily do? Pretty much steps all over it.

Terrible timing, Jack. But he’s not waiting.

Final thoughts

We are SO excited to finally see Jack with Carl. Hopefully now that his heart was just broken — again — he’ll get to spend more time with baby Carl.

Love connection between David and Natalie? Victoria won’t be pleased. As of this moment it seems innocent and genuine.

Nolan and Louise are adorable! We’re more partial to our original Wonder Twins, but Louise is good for Nolan at the moment.

Will Emily’s death or putting her in jail really be the only thing that puts Margaux at ease? And what’s with Ben’s ex? Is this “someone else” that Margaux is talking about Emily? Or is it, in fact, someone else?
