Red Band Society season 1, episode 6 airs tomorrow! See a sneak peek featuring Mandy Moore’s character Dr. Grace, who has a history with McAndrew (of course she does).

The new Fox series Red Band Society had to take a few weeks off because, you know, sports. But the dramedy returns tomorrow night with a brand new episode, titled “Ergo Ego.”

In Red Band Society season 1, episode 6 we meet Dr. Erin Grace, played by Mandy Moore. She is a member of the hospital board, and also happens to be Dr. McAndrew (Dave Annable)’s ex-fiancée.

TV Line has a sneak peek up for the episode, which coincidentally also introduces Daren Kagasoff’s character Hunter.

In the clip, Kara (Zoe Levin) asks Hunter for a light, and the pair seem destined for coupledom — or at least some fiery confrontations.

We also have the return of Nurse Kenji (Wilson Cruz), who is very involved with Kara’s storyline. Cruz explains that Hunter will challenge Kara, and we see the new patient repeatedly taunt her.

Then there’s the new love triangle between Nurse Brittany (Rebecca Rittenhouse), Dr. McAndrew and Dr. Grace.

Moore discusses her character, saying she’s the newly named Chief of Surgery, who used to be engaged to McAndrew but left the hospital a year ago to work with Doctors Without Borders. This is her big homecoming, and Nurse Jackson (Octavia Spencer) seems particularly happy to see her.

Finally, Charlie Rowe reveals that this is the episode where we “reach the peak” of the Leo/Emma (Ciara Bravo)/Jordi (Nolan Sotillo) love triangle… which honestly doesn’t seem like much of a triangle because Emma obviously prefers Leo, but all right.

“Emma isn’t very good at handling her feelings,” Rowe says. “She does all these spreadsheets and whatnot, and she comes to a conclusion. So we have a result by the end of this episode.”

And meanwhile we’re just over here like… Charlie, dude, you’re British. Where’s your accent?!

‘Red Band Society’ season 1, episode 6, “Ergo Ego,” airs tomorrow night at 9/8c on Fox.
