This week’s list sees some movement.  For the first time in months the Children’s chapter book list has more than one new addition and interestingly the adult list is comprised of mostly book to film adaptation.  Also check out the series list to see which long time resident has fallen out of the top ten.

Books to film seem to be dominating the adult list this week.  All but one, Believing the Lie by Elizabeth George, has been made into a movie or will be made into a movie.

This week we finally see a new number one.  John Green’s A Fault in Our Stars lands at #1 after one week of release.  Also joining the list at # 10 is Beth Revis with her sequel A Million Suns.  This week is the first in over two months where more than one book has joined the list.  It will be interesting to see if Green remains at #1 next week.  The last book to knock Rick Riordan off the top only managed for one week and that was Cassie Clare and her highly anticipated Clockwork Prince.

The series list has seen some movement and new additions.  Andrea Cremer’s Nightshade series and Sara Shepard’s Pretty Little Liars series both remain on the list after joining last week.  However for the first time in a very long time Twilight has fallen out of the top 10.
