It looks like Raven’s Home is staying in tact over at the Disney Channel!

The network officially announced on Tuesday (October 10) that it has decided to renew That’s So Raven spinoff, Raven’s Home, for a second season.

Since it premiered back in July, Raven’s Home has raked in some pretty impressive viewing numbers, so it makes sense that Disney is looking to keep Raven in the family.

The new series centers around besties Raven and Chelsea who are all grown up and living together under the same roof as single mothers. Much like the original series, which aired on the Disney Channel from 2003 to 2007, things get a little crazy when Raven’s son, Booker, suddenly realizes he can gaze into the future.

Raven’s still got her psychic super powers, but neither Booker nor Raven know they both share the same ability.

The result has made for some pretty funny moments on the series so far — especially with two psychics living under one roof in a very crowded house. We’re sure the trend of hilarious mishaps is bound to continue when the series comes back for round two.

The first season of the series is set to wrap with episode 13 (titled “Vest in Show”) which is set to air on October 20. The good news is, we expect Disney won’t make us wait long for all new episode of the hit family comedy.

Deadline reports that the studio is looking to resume production on the series as early as next month, so we’re sure Raven fans are hoping that means we’ll get season 2 sooner rather than later!
