Disney is notorious for having secret cameos in their movies, and Frozen, their latest, had a big one.

A screenshot has been going around that Cartoon Brew (via SlashFilm) picked up that depicts a conversation between Tangled co-director Nathan Greno and a fan. In the Facebook conversation Greno revealed that not only did he not know about the cameo, but he didn’t pick up on it while seeing Frozen either.

Currently, there is no proof that the conversation is real, so take it with a grain of salt.

The scene in which the cameo takes place is very early on in the film. It takes place during the first rendition of “For the First Time in Forever.” The scene is the first to take place after time has passed and the girls have grown up. With the gates opened up for the first time, Anna (voiced by Kristen Bell) is very excited, and she’s running around, interacting with several different people. Apparently Tangled‘s Rapunzel and Flynn were among the members of that crowd.

Here’s “For the First Time in Forever” for those of you who want to listen again (or for the first time):

Frozen made a record-breaking splash during its opening Thanksgiving weekend. The film pulled in $93 million during the five-day Thanksgiving period. Even with Wednesday and Thursday out of the picture, the film still earned $66.7 million for the three-day weekend, making it the best opener for Walt Disney Animation ever.

In our review of Frozen, we said that it was a great Disney animated film, and one of the best in recent memory. We missed seeing the Tangled cameos, so we’re going to have to go back and watch again.

Did you notice Rapunzel in ‘Frozen’?
