Punk’d is gearing up to make a comeback — only this time, it’ll be Chance the Rapper pulling all the strings.

It’s been quite a few years since we were able to tune in to MTV to watch Ashton Kutcher pull extreme pranks on his famous friends, but soon, Punk’d fans will be able to tune in to a whole new crop of episodes.

In case you missed it, MTV’s hit prank series has officially been revived — this time over at new streaming platform Quibi, where recording artist Chance the Rapper will be the one doing the pranking!

Fans who grew up on the original might have a hard time imagining anyone but Kutcher pulling off the extreme practical jokes that made the series must-watch content back in the day. But one look at the first trailer for Quibi’s revival, and it’s plain to see that Chance the Rapper is doing a great job living up to his predecessor!

The official trailer for the revival clocks in at just under a minute, but it definitely packs quite the punch. From cars getting totaled in freak explosions, to wild gorillas getting loose on the streets, it’s clear that the revival is keeping the tradition of Punk’d’s larger than life pranks alive.

In addition to unveiling the first trailer on Wednesday (April 1), Quibi also announced which celebrities will be the target of Chance the Rapper’s pranks.

Celebrities set to be pranked on the first season of the revival include Lil Nas X, Adam Devine, Migos, French Montana, Megan Thee Stallion, Sabrina Carpenter, Addison Rae, Tye Dolla $ign, Miles Brown, Marsai Martin, and Liza Koshy.

In addition, reality show star Scott Disick is set to serve as a guest host.

Punk’d premieres via Quibi in April 2020.
