When Quantico season 2 returns in January, it will be moving to a new night. It’s time to clear some space in your Monday night TV schedule!

Following the action-packed Quantico mid-season finale, the writers of the show took to twitter to let us know of some big schedule changes coming up in the new year, when the show returns.

Once we wait through an excruciating two-month hiatus, we’ll be tuning into Quantico on Monday night, instead of Sunday night, when it currently airs. Hey, it’s always good to have something to look forward to on a Monday! Unfortunately for fans of Hayley Atwell and Conviction, it looks like Quantico will be taking over the show’s time slot.

When Quantico returns on Monday, January 23, it’s going to have a lot of explaining to do! The mid-season finale left us with some major cliffhanger moments that we’re going to need addressed ASAP. Check out our review of the mid-season finale for more on all of the drama that unfolded.

The show’s ratings have been somewhat disappointing in its sophomore season, so hopefully the schedule change will allow more people to be able to watch week to week. With such a long hiatus to get caught up on everything you’ve missed, there’s no excuse for you to not tune in on January 23 to watch Alex Parrish and her friends take on the Citizens Liberation Front.
