After last night’s explosive season four twelfth episode, Pretty Little Liars’ fourth season summer finale, Marlene King, and Oliver Goldstick have revealed where the second half of the season will go. If you have not watched “Now You See Me, Now You Don’t”, please beware of spoilers from this point on.

Fans are still discussing Pretty Little Liars’ summer finale “Now You See Me, Now You Don’t” which aired on Tuesday August 27. With fans’ questions in mind, executive producers Marlene King and Oliver Goldstick along with actor Ian Harding have answered the burning questions in interviews with Entertainment Weekly and TVLine.

As those who watched the episode will attest to, Ezra was revealed as A or at the very least a member of the A team in the last few moments. King and Goldstick both stick to this theory with King saying, “Well, there is an Uber “A,” I will say that. There is an Uber “A” and one would believe after watching last night’s episode that Ezra is a legitimate candidate for being Uber “A.”

King revealed that Ezra’s motivations will be revealed during the second half of the fourth season. She also confirmed that it is unclear that Ezra was in a relationship with Ali (Sasha Pieterse) or that he buried her.

Goldstick warned of Aria’s (Lucy Hale) fate in the second half of Pretty Little Liars’ fourth season stating, “I assure you that there is something going on here with Ezra. There is something very real going on here. I can’t give you too much information, but I can tell you it plays out quite beautifully in Season 4B. And Aria’s in danger — well, they all are, but Aria in particular.”

In season three, Toby’s (Keegan Allen) status as a member of the A Team was also of much debate however Goldstick differentiated between his and Ezra’s status.

Goldstick also recognized the passion between Aria and Ezra and the Ezria fans and promises that it will impact that supposed endgame in a “big way”. Furthermore he said that they will explain their relationship in “an emotionally satisfying way”. However Jake (Ryan Guzman) will still be a player in the next few episodes.

Ian Harding is excited to play this side of Ezra and would like Ezra to be nicknamed Super Sneaky. He described Ezra as “layered, conflicted, and super-driven” when prompted.

Maggie (Larisa Oleynik) will appear in the rest of the season and Detective Wilden’s (Bryce Johnson) murder will be solved to tie up some remaining questions.

On a non-Ezra related note, the Pretty Little Liars will try to find Ali moving forward and see if she is alive as Mrs. Grunwald and Uber A both believe. King also stated that it is unclear if Red Coat is the same person as Uber A as Mona (Janel Parrish) once believed.

For those sad about losing Caleb (Tyler Blackburn) to Ravenswood, Goldstick revealed that the reason he stays is a personal one and is unrelated to Ali or Hanna (Ashley Benson). King also gave new hope to the Haleb shippers by not closing the door on their relationship despite the new ABC Family show. “We’re filming the first episode right now, and it’s a sad parting for Hanna and Caleb, but the actors are really excited for this journey that Tyler [Blackburn] is going on, and we’re leaving the door open.”

What do you think of their answers? Does it satisfy you? Do you have any other theories that they might feed into? Do you still think Ezra is A? Ezria fans are you happy with their responses?

Remember Pretty Little Liars does not return until the two hour Halloween episode on October 22nd at 8 p.m. EST.
