In preparation of Pretty Little Liars’ return on January 8, ABC Family has recently released two clips from “She’s Better Now.”

In the first clip, Aria (Lucy Hale) lets Emily (Shay Mitchell) in on the drama that’s going on in her life. She tells her that she is unable to look at Ezra (Ian Harding) and her father (Chad Lowe) the same way after the revelations in the Halloween episode “This is a Dark Ride” and after meeting Maggie (Larisa Oleynik). It looks like Aria will have another worry to add to her plate as Meredith (Amanda Schull), her father’s old mistress, is replacing her English teacher at Rosewood High. Looks like it will be a rough season ahead for Aria.

The second clip features Aria and Emily feeling sorry for Mona (Janel Parrish), while Spencer (Troian Bellisario) tries to set them straight. The episode features Mona’s return to school as previously revealed in the synopsis of “She’s Better Now.”  Mona says she will try to prove herself in order to earn the girls’ trust despite helping them figure out that Nate (Sterling Sulieman) was Maya’s (Bianca Lawson) killer.

The clips indicate that Pretty Little Liars will dive right back into the action for the rest of the third season. What storylines are you hoping to see? Which character do you want to see more of this season?
