The second half of Pretty Little Liars’ fourth season is almost upon us! The ABC Family series previewed fans with a new poster.
The poster echoes the fourth season’s summer finale where Emily (Shay Mitchell), Hanna (Ashley Benson), Aria (Lucy Hale), and Spencer (Troian Bellisario) are reunited with Ali (Sasha Pieterse) if only for a brief moment. Like Ali’s red trenchcoat, the Pretty Little Liars wear red dresses.
The poster’s tagline is “New truth. New enemy. New year.” New truth most likely refers to the revelation that Ali is alive yet still on the run. The new enemy could possibly refer to Ezra (Ian Harding), who was revealed in the summer finale to be somehow involved in A’s plot. Executive producers Marlene King and Oliver Goldstick have reassured Pretty Little Liars fans that unlike the Toby (Keegan Allen) storyline, there will not be a similar reveal.
