Right after the Magical Quill closed it’s seventh and final beta sign-up period, the FAQ on the Insider Blog revealed when you can expect to receive your Pottermore welcome e-mail.
Though it was taken down shortly after being posted, the blog stated that those who successfully signed up for the beta would receive their welcome e-mail sometime between August 7th and September 30th.
It did not say in what order – if any – successful registrants would get access.
That unfortunately means you may have to wait as long as eight weeks. A major bummer! On the other hand, if the start of the beta opening goes smooth we imagine they’ll let 100% of the registrants in sooner than September 30th.
