The Pottermore Insider blog was updated yesterday to feature a few pieces of fan art from chapter 7 of Philosophers/Sorcerer’s Stone, ‘The Sorting Hat.’

The post also notes that the chapter is a fan favorite on the site, because it was when users were finally sorted.

While the fan art is definitely a nice touch, I can’t help but feel that Pottermore has been pretty much abandoned and left behind. Where are the updates about e-books and a schedule for future book releases? The excitement with those owls seems like such a long time ago now.
