In an email released to Kickstarter backers, Rob Thomas revealed the official poster for Play It Again, Dick.
Christmas came early today when Rob Thomas unveiled the Play It Again, Dick poster to the world and it’s, dare we say, perfect. The poster is more amazing than we could have imagined with tons of action, bulging muscles and a tagline that there really are no words for.

Rob also gave away a few more tidbits about about the series that premieres in less then a week.
Starting Tuesday, September 16 viewers will be able to watch each episode here on CW Seed. The episodes will then be released weekly for eight weeks total and each episode will run between 7-10 minutes each.
In his email Rob went on to describe the webseries but said that Ryan Hansen’s opening line in the trailer really just said it all.
“It’s like a Veronica Mars that isn’t afraid of sex. Rob always called me the dessert of the show. Why not a show that’s all dessert? We drop all the who-gives-a-damn high school-is-a-metaphor-for-something-or-other and just give the people what they want: Dick!”

Rob also mentioned that while the CW Seed is not available internationally at the moment, they are doing everything they can to make sure those backers will able to get access to the series soon.
