Poised to debut in front of the Monsters, Inc. prequel Monsters University this June, Pixar has released a great poster for their next short film The Blue Umbrella.

“It is just another evening commute until the rain starts to fall, and the city comes alive to the sound of dripping rain pipes, whistling awnings and gurgling gutters. And in the midst, two umbrellas—one blue, one not—fall eternally in love,” reads the synopsis.

Check out the poster below:

The film was directed by Saschka Unseld and produced by Marc Greenberg. Disney and Pixar are both well known for touching short films, and The Blue Umbrella appears to be no exception. You can watch a clip from the film which we shared last month.

Disney latest, already-released short film was Paperman, which premiered in front of Wreck-It Ralph and can be viewed in full for free at the link.

It has been a busy week for Pixar news. Besides headlines about Monsters University like this new clip, we also learned the title of the studio’s inside-your-mind movie and learned Albert Brooks has signed on to Finding Nemo 2. The latter film is expected to open in theaters in 2016.
