Mark your calendars, Phoebe Waller-Bridge fans — the Fleabag creator is gearing up to host Saturday Night Live this weekend. Watch the first promo for her episode below!
The countdown is officially on for Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s highly anticipated Saturday Night Live debut.
And if, like many, you just can’t wait to watch the Fleabag star try her hand at hosting the hit comedy sketch show, then hopefully the first promo spot for her episode will tide you over for now.
“We’re so excited to have Phoebe Waller-Bridge here this week with her three co-hosts…her Emmys!” tweeted Saturday Night Live, along with the promo clip.
Clocking in at a minute and a half, the promo spares no subtlety in referencing the fact that Waller-Bridge cleaned up at the 2019 Emmys.
As Waller-Bridge interacts with various SNL cast members, she’s seen keeping a firm grip on her three prized statuettes — not even letting go to whet her whistle with a sip of water, or to press the buttons to get on the elevator.

Phoebe Waller-Bridge isn’t the only huge name set to grace the Saturday Night Live stage this weekend.
Joining the Killing Eve creator for SNL’s second episode of the season will be none other than Taylor Swift.
Swift, who’s been having an equally successful year thanks to the release of her seventh studio album Lover, will serve as this week’s musical guest.
Saturday Night Live featuring Phoebe Waller-Bridge, plus musical guest Taylor Swift, airs Saturday, October 5 at 11:30 p.m. ET/8:30 p.m. PT.
