Another Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters clip has hit the web, and this time we’re seeing Percy, Annabeth, and Tyson escaping from Luke’s ship.

The clip comes from ComicBookMovie.

We see Percy, Annabeth, and Tyson making their way to the top of the Princess Andromeda in order to escape their captors, led by Luke.

As they reach the top, Percy sends Annabeth and Tyson to the lifeboat while he distracts their pursuers. Luke asks him to join him, but Percy isn’t taking the bait.

Instead, Annabeth uses the thermos containing the four winds in order to move their lifeboat across the ocean, and Percy joins them by using his powers and surfing on a wave.

Luke isn’t far behind, but Percy manages to knock him back into the water, and our three heroes successfully escape.

We’ve recently gotten a whole slew of other clips from the Lightning Thief sequel. The first one showed us the Chariot of Damnation and the Gray sisters in an action-packed sequence involving the trio and Percy’s half brother, Tyson.

The second one showed Annabeth trying to convince Dionysus to grant her a quest (against Grover’s will) to go after the Golden Fleece, which she believed would cure Thalia’s tree and save Camp Half-Blood.

The third one shows the scene where Percy visits the oracle in the attic and learns about the myth of Kronos and his role in defeating him for a second time.

Then we got a look at the obstacle tower and the competitiveness between Percy and Clarisse.

The most recent one showed Grover in a dress.

Sea of Monsters opens up on August 7, starring Logan Lerman (Percy), Alexandra Daddario (Annabeth), Brandon T. Jackson (Grover), Jake Abel (Luke), Leven Rambin (Clarisse), and Douglas Smith (Tyson). Stanley Tucci will play Dionysus, Nathan Fillion will play Hermes, and Anthony Stewart Head will replace Pierce Brosnan as Chiron.

Do you think we’re seeing too many clips from ‘Sea of Monsters’ or are you happy with the amount?
