Friends legend Jennifer Aniston is the world’s most beautiful woman, according to People Magazine!
Jennifer Aniston is reportedly “very, very excited” by the honor bestowed upon her by People Magazine, which has declared her the Most Beautiful Woman of 2016.
When they say ‘beautiful’ we assume they mean both inside and out — and Aniston certainly does seem to be embracing life to the fullest. In the last few years she’s impressed critics with her fantastic performance in Cake, and of course got married to Justin Theroux, whom she claims makes her very happy. Good for you, Jen!
The magazine makes the obligatory comments about Aniston’s appearance, and there’s no denying that the actress looks as fabulous as ever.
But what’s really striking are her comments on what defines true beauty:
Inner confidence. Peace. Kindness. Honesty. A life well-lived. Taking on challenges and not feeling shame for things that haven’t gone the way you felt they should have. And not feeling like a failure or allowing people to critique your life and make you feel like you’ve failed at something. That’s just toxic noise.
Those are words we should all aim to live by! The whole exercising six days a week thing and never eating junk food, well… we’ll work on that.

Jennifer Aniston is currently promoting Mother’s Day, which premieres April 29. The anthology movie is led by Aniston, Kate Hudson and Julia Roberts and tells the story of how “generations come together” to celebrate Mother’s Day. It also stars Shay Mitchell, Britt Robertson, Jason Sudeikis and Timothy Olyphant.
