The creators of You are heading to Peacock to work on an adaptation another one of author Caroline Kepnes’ books.

Following the success of Netflix’s You, the creative team behind the hit serial killer drama is once again setting its sights on developing another book to series adaptation.

According to Deadline, Sera Gamble has officially signed on to adapt author Caroline Kepnes’ book, Providence into a series for NBC’s streaming platform, Peacock.

Gamble is no stranger to adapting Kepnes novels for the small screen having previously spearheaded the adaptation of the author’s You, which soared in popularity after leaving Lifetime and finding a new home with Netflix.

Gamble will be working alongside fellow You vet Neil Reynolds, who will be serving as a writer on Peacock’s Providence adaptation.

Published in 2018, Kepnes’ Providence focuses on 12-year-old Jon Bronson, who vanishes along with five of his classmates. Later, John reappears as a grown up— but with no recollection of anything that transpired in his teenage years. There’s also the matter of the fact that he and the rest of the kids who vanished alongside him seem to have acquired some terrifying supernatural powers in their time away.

Currently, there’s no word yet on when we might expect to see the series adaptation of Providence premiere via Peacock.
