TV legend Henry Winkler has been cast to portray Jean-Ralphio’s (Ben Schwartz) father in season 6 of Parks and Recreation.

In season 5 of Parks and Rec, we were introduced to the sister of legendary club promoter, one-time accounting job applicant and all around winner, Jean-Ralphio. “Mona Lisa Saperstein” (portrayed by SNL alum Jenny Slate) was, as Jean-Ralphio would sing, the “woooo-ooooo-ooo-rrrrrr-sss-ttttt.” Now, according to Hollywood Reporter, NBC is adding another member of the Saperstein family into the mix: Henry Winkler.

Henry Winkler is best know for his roles on Children’s Hospital, as lawyer Barry Zuckercorn on Arrested Development, and of course, as the iconic Happy Days character Arthur “Fonzie” Fonzarelli.

Jean-Ralphio is one of Parks and Recreation‘s most successful recurring characters and the show has been smart in not using him too little or too much. As the show reaches its twilight years, it seems comfortable to expand upon the mythos of the Sapersteins. No word yet if Jean-Ralphio’s father will be as…colorful(?) as his son but Henry Winkler is capable of playing it straight or full-on wacky. Another high profile actor guest starred as a current character’s father last season when Jonathan Banks famously butted heads with Ron Swanson as Ben Wyatt’s dad.

Winkler joins another high profile guest star, Kristen Bell, as characters added for season 6.
