Parks and Recreation season 6, episode 18, “Prom” airs tonight at 8:30 p.m. on NBC. Leslie seizes control of a prom. You know, as she does.

Over many years of Parks and Rec Leslie Knope has proven that, if nothing else, the words “budget cuts” mean absolutely nothing to her.

And now, two weeks after realizing there is no replacement for Ann Perkins, Leslie is going to go full public parks employee She-Hulk and save a Pawnee senior prom when those budgets cuts rear their ugly head again.

That’s not a bad thing, either, as a senior prom with Leslie Knope and no money is undoubtedly better than a senior prom without Leslie Knope and with money.

April (who seems to have been in high school for forty years) will reluctantly allow Andy to be her date. We’re guessing that has little to do with not wanting to hang out with her husband and everything to do with being in a group of happy, dancing teenagers.

Tom, naturally, will be handling the music, but surprisingly Ben will be helping them out. If they nail the outfits just right, they could be Pawnee’s Daft Punk.
