Good news for Glee fans! Oxygen, today, renewed The Glee Project for a second season, beginning with all new episodes in the summer!

Despite there being no official renewal for season 4 of Glee, Oxygen has renewed The Glee Project and will begin airing episodes this summer.

One change to the show is that there will be 14 contestants this year as opposed to the premiere season’s 12.

Jason Klarman, President, Oxygen Media had this to say about next season:

“The Glee Project is a special show that has tapped into a desire in our culture to watch people go for and achieve their dreams.”

Damian McGinty (Rory) and the soon-to-be-showcased Samuel Larsen won 7-episode arcs on Glee with Lindsay Pearce (Harmony) and Alex Newell winning 2-episode arcs.
