The Oscars are fast approaching, and some hilarious Winnie the Pooh-inspired posters have been found which take a stab at representing each Best Picture Nominee.

You may be wondering where someone came up with the idea to do something as inspiring as this. Well, all of it apparently started with a hilariously inspiring tweet from a guy named Daniel (@Dilsexia), who joined in on making fun of The Revenant.

More specifically, he joined in on Twitter poking fun at Leonardo DiCaprio’s wild bear fight by posting a picture of Winnie The Pooh wrestling with Christopher Robin.

From there the idea was picked up by a Polish film blogger, named David Adamek, who decided to create some Pooh posters for this year’s Best Picture Nominees (Some aren’t Best Picture Nominees but movies involved with the Oscars), which gives us a look at some of our favorite characters from the popular show, including Rabbit, Tigger, Eeyore, and Roo.

We’ve included a few of our favorite posters below, but be sure to check out his blog for the rest of the Pooh Bear-inspired posters.

We love these posters for the Best Picture Nominees, with some of our favorites being the ones for The Martian and The Danish Girl. It’s always great to see someone take the year’s best films and put a twist on them, and these Winnie the Pooh-inspired posters are perfect.

As we approach the Oscars, which air on February 28, look for Hypable to provide some similar content related to the movies up for Best Picture. We can only hope to release something as inspiring as the Pooh Bear ones from Mr. Adamek.

It was also reported back in April that Disney is currently developing a live-action movie adaptation of Winnie the Pooh, which is set to be released sometime next year. So, this won’t be the last time we see Winnie the Pooh.
