Orphan Black returns in less than one month and to celebrate the marker we have a ton of new information for you, including the synopsis for episode one, three new posters and a new scene from the first episode!

The Orphan Black season three information drought is over as we approach the season premiere in under a month, and now we almost have an over-abundance of information for you guys!

BBC America has released not one, not two, but three full sized posters including all of the clone characters in the next season, including a surprise poster of just the male Project Castor clones. This is the first time we’ve seen more than just one clone in one image, and we doubt it’ll be the last!

While it isn’t surprising to get a glimpse of the female clones or poster filled with all the characters, it is extremely interesting that BBC America has decided to reveal more male clones ahead of their on screen debut. The only two Project Castor clones we can pin point are Mark, the former Prolethean, and Rudy, the crazy clone that we saw locked up in Marion’s house at the end of the season.

Additionally, we’ve got a scene from season premiere which takes place right where season 2 left off: Sarah Manning meeting the crazy, weird male clone Rudy for the first time:

Their first interaction is less than a pleasant one, as it turns out Rudy knows all about Sarah and her life. He knows about Kira, Mrs. S., the other clones and way more. Sarah doesn’t take this information so well and threatens to kill him, which is when Marion decides to remove her from the room. How does Rudy know all about the Project Leda clones? That’s the first question that we have this season, and we have a feeling it won’t be the last.

And last but not least we have the first two synopses for the season! Unlike last season the episodes aren’t named with excerpts from scientific journals, and are just labeled “episode one,” and “episode two.” Well, for now at least! Beware of spoilers if you decide to read ahead!

Episode One: “Sarah pursues the missing Helena who is held in a faraway compound. Sarah must use her wiles – and acting chops – to deter a Topside investigator who threatens the Leda sisters’ lives. Meanwhile, Cosima appears to be rebounding from her illness, while Alison and Donnie face newfound financial woes. But when the menace of Castor rears its head once more, Sarah and her entire family must come together to survive.”

Episode Two: “Castor pursues the Leda clones for original tissue samples. Helena, who is pregnant and imprisoned, is examined by a mysterious new villain. The Castor boys are also out to play, toying with a frightened young woman, Patty, in a sexy switcheroo that ultimately sets Sarah – and Art – hot on the Castor trail. But it’s not all fun and games for the Castor boys, as Sarah gleans they may have a mysterious defect that puts their lives in peril.”

It looks like the Project Leda clones aren’t the only ones that have had trouble perfecting their baby formulas! We wonder what the mysterious defect the Castor clones face, and if it’s as bad as the respiratory problem that Cosima is trying to solve.

What are you looking forward to on ‘Orphan Black’ season 3?
