BBC America has announced new details about two of its most beloved dramas.

First, Orphan Black has been renewed for a third season made up of 10 episodes. The news comes on the heels of season 2 coming to a close in recent weeks. The science fiction drama stars Tatiana Maslany playing multiple clones.

In addition, BBC America confirmed that Broadchurch season 2 starring David Tennant will make its debut in early 2015. The show is filming its sophomore outing now. New cast members Charlotte Rampling, Marianne Jean-Baptiste, James D’Arcy, Eve Myles and Phoebe Walter-Bridge join existing cast members Olivia Colman, Jodie Whittaker, Andrew Buchan and Doctor Who alum Arthur Darvill.

Broadchurch isn’t to be confused with Fox’s Gracepoint, the Broadchurch clone that also stars David Tennant. Gracepoint will premiere in America later this year.

The renewals/dates won’t come as too big a surprise to fans who have followed both dramas closely. Orphan Black and Broadchurch both hold passionate fan bases thanks to their compelling story lines.
