Orphan Black season 2, episode 4 “Governed As It Were By Chance” airs tonight on BBC America, and we’re finally going to start learning more about Mrs. S. and how much she knows about Project LEDA.

Last week on ‘Orphan Black’:

Sarah had snuck up on her old flame, and Kira’s father, Cal at his cabin in the woods only to end up kidnapped by Daniel at the end of the episode. Cosima had the opportunity to study a clone that’d died three days prior from the same respiratory disease she suffers from, and even autopsied the corpse to discover that the disease may originate in the uterus, which is why the clones could be infertile.

Meanwhile, Alison had her opening night of the musical she’s been working on and Felix shows up, only to see Alison fall off stage from drinking too much. All while Angie is on her trail, trying to figure out what’s going on.

This week, we’ll get some history lessons.

The fourth episode of the second season, “Governed As It Were By Chance” promises a lot of development and some exciting story lines. The synopsis reads:

Sarah comes home to look for answers. With Cosima’s help, she digs into the origins of the clone experiment. The hunt takes her right into the belly of the beast, but getting out again could cost her more than she knows.
