If you’re a an Orphan Black fan then you know that Tatiana Maslany deserves an award for her amazing performance. Well, now it’s up to the Clone Club to give it to her!

After being snubbed for an Emmy and not winning a Golden Globe for her performance on the BBC America original series, Orphan Black, fans of the show are just ticked off that Maslany isn’t getting the recognition she deserves. She might’ve won several other awards, but she’s been snubbed by the Academy too many times!

That’s why Orphan Black fan Sarah Evans, has started her own crowdfunding campaign to get Maslany her own award. If enough funds are raised, a special hand-crafted statue will be delivered to Maslany to show her exactly how much her fans believe in her. “When Tatiana Maslany was snubbed for an Emmy I decided to take things into the fans’ hands,” Evans explains on the Indiegogo page.

Evans is looking to raise $2000 for the statue, which will cover the creation of the hand-crafted award, three replicas for fans who donate $500 or more, and shipping and handling costs and fees.

And even though it’s on the Internet, Evans is asking for fans not to tweet or tell Maslany about the award, hoping it can be kept a secret for as long as possible. We love her enthusiasm, and we almost debated not sharing it on Hypable but we had to let the Clone Club know!
