One Direction has announced the title of its upcoming sophomore album, Take Me Home.

Band member Louis Tomlinson tweeted the album title Wednesday.

Each band member went on to tweet sneak peeks of each other from the album art photoshoot before releasing the album cover.

Take Me Home drops Nov. 13, following the Oct. 1 digital release of the album’s first single, “Live While We’re Young” – which reunites 1D with “What Makes You Beautiful” and “One Thing” songwriters, Savan Kotecha, Rami Yacoub and Carl Falk. Fans will get their first listen of “Live While We’re Young” when it makes its radio premiere worldwide Sept. 24.

Ed Sheeran, McFly frontman Tom Fletcher, Dr. Luke, Shellback and Toby Gad also worked with One Direction on the follow-up to the band’s debut album, Up all Night – an album that has sold more than 1 million copies in the U.S. since its release in March.

The British/Irish boy band of X Factor fame will perform at the MTV VMAs Sept. 6 and vie for the moonman in the categories of Best New Artist and Best Pop Video. They will also perform a sold-out show at New York City’s Madison Square Garden in December, before returning to the U.S. in June 2013 as part of their world tour.
