Preview Sunday’s new Once Upon a Time with all new stills and a clip featuring the flying monkeys below!

Once Upon a Time returns Sunday with season 3, episode 12 “New York City Serenade.” One year after the destruction of Storybrooke, Emma and Henry continue on with their lives in New York without any knowledge of their magical pasts. Images from the spring premiere show those in the Enchanted Forest looking rather bleakly towards the sky. Meanwhile, in New York, it looks like Emma’s current suitor has something to ask her!

Did anyone else notice Hook’s gloved hand? I guess pirate chic, complete with real hook, is even a little too crazy for New York City! Aurora and Phillip rejoin the outcasts from Storybrooke and seem to be two of the only people in good spirits. Following yesterday’s clip featuring Emma and Hook meeting in the park, it looks like interrupting her dinner is another step in his plan to convince her of the past she cannot remember.

Check out the clip from this Sunday’s episode here:

The flying monkeys are certainly a force to be reckoned with in the clip from ABC. Regina and the Wicked Witch are going to be at odds for the second narrative of season 3. Regina’s struggle against one monkey does not bode well for an army the witch surely keeps ready to fly at all times.

Sunday’s episode will be prefaced with a special one-hour recap special narrated by Downton Abbey‘s Dan Stevens. If you need a refresher course to remind you of the happenings in Neverland, or want to catch another glimpse of Peter Pan, be sure to tune in an hour early!

You can also check out all of our recaps, casting news, and even an exclusive chat with Horowitz and Kitsis!

Thanks, EW for the clip.
