The official synopsis for season 4, episode 3, “Rocky Road,” reads:

“When an icy spell is cast on Marian, which will ultimately freeze her heart and kill her, the Storybrooke residents place the blame on Elsa. But unbeknownst to anyone, a mysterious woman who runs the town’s ice cream parlor has the same powers as Elsa and is trying to frame her.”

This episode will also introduce Once Upon a Time in Wonderland‘s Michael Socha, who is now a series regular on Once Upon a Time.

Will Scarlet (Wonderland‘s Knave) is apprehended by David (Josh Dallas) and Emma when he is rummaging through Robin Hood (Sean Maguire)’s tent. What do you think he’s looking for?

We’ll see Henry (Jared Gilmore) and Regina (Lana Parrilla) team up to try to uncover the identity of the fairytale book author.

Meanwhile, Mary Margaret (Ginnifer Goodwin) will begin to step into her role as the new mayor of Storybrooke, and Mr. Gold (Robert Carlyle)’s deception will finally be discovered by Hook (Colin O’Donoghue).

As this is another Elsa centric episode, the flashbacks will see her and Kristoff (Scott Michael Foster) set off to stop Hans (Tyler Jacob Moore) from attempting to take control of the kingdom.

Wow! So many great things to look forward to this week. We’re not sure what we’re most excited about seeing: Elizabeth Mitchell as the Snow Queen? Michael Socha as Will Scarlet? Regina and Henry teaming up? Elsa and Kristoff fighting Hans in Arendelle? Hook discovering the truth about Rumplestiltskin’s dagger?
