Once Upon a Time‘s Jennifer Morrison appeared on Good Day LA to discuss her new movie Some Girl(s).

While we sit around crying and waiting for Once Upon a Time season 3, the actors are busy working on other exciting projects!

Lead actress Jennifer Morrison can be seen in the upcoming romantic comedy Some Girl(s), also starring Adam Brody, Kristen Bell and Mia Maestro, which is out this Friday, June 28.

To promote the movie, Morrison appears on Good Day LA, and Once Upon a Time fans will be happy to see that her hair colour is back to the blonde shade of Emma Swan’s:

In the interview, Morrison discusses the premise of the movie: Brody’s character is about to get married, and goes back to visit old girlfriends and apologise for how he treated them.

“My character [Sam] hasn’t seen him in 12 years,” she reveals. “They were high school sweethearts, and kind of talked about having a life together, and then he just broke up with her with no explanation. So imagine getting that phone call.”

Her character has gone on to get married and have children, and yet she couldn’t resist meeting up with her first love, “It’s a human nature thing, you just wanna know,” Morrison says.

“She wants the victory of him wanting her back,” she adds.

They go on to discuss Morrison’s childhood modeling career, and she says she managed to have a fairly normal childhood regardless because of her parents’ attitude.

Finally they talk a bit about Once Upon a Time, and Morrison emphasizes how fun working on the show is, but also challenging, because of that extra magical and fairytale elements.

Once Upon a Time season 3 will air in the fall of 2013 on ABC, airing Sundays at 8/7c. The spinoff series Once Upon a Time in Wonderland will premiere around the same time.
