Entertainment Weekly reports exclusive photos that break the mounting tension on Once Upon a Time. No, it’s not Charming and Hook talking fantasy football. Although, their relationship does seem to be heading that way. Instead, Hook seems to replace a long lost lover, Neal, as he and Emma steam up the forest.
Emma, needing to forget about Neal to move forward in her search for Henry takes that plan a bit further than she may have anticipated. Or did she? The two began paving the path to a romantic entanglement as soon as the pair arrived in Neverland. Emma’s trust in Hook’s ability to navigate the island, along with his charming stare, prove to be a lethal combination for her. (Plus, remember when he showed his compassionate side?)
On the other side of the island, a very much alive Neal runs into his estranged father picking weapons off of unconscious Lost Boys. As he greets Bae, Rumpel reminds him that one way to beat Pan at his game is to show no fear of death. Bae, once a resident of the island, appears to team up with his father and take the lead. He offers, “What if I told you there was another way?”
