Original story: Sundays are dragging for those Once Upon a Time fans awaiting the series return from its extensive, cruel hiatus. This weekend, Christina Perri has something in store for fans of Killian Jones and the actor who portrays the pirate, Colin O’Donoghue. During Once Upon a Time‘s filming break, O’Donoghue ditched his leather garb and joined Perri to star in a music video.

The video is for “The Words,” and will debut on the artist’s Facebook page Sunday, January 25 at 8:00 p.m. ET.

You can listen to the song here:

“The Words” is off of Perri’s sophomore album, Head or Heart. The ballad falls right in with Perri’s other hit songs, including “Jar of Hearts,” “A Thousand Years,” and “Human.” Head or Heart also includes the track “Be My Forever,” a duet with English singer Ed Sheeran.

From the images Perri has shared over the weeks leading up to the release of the video, we imagine the duo will be spending the four minutes weaving through scenes of a relationship. The lyrics set the scene for a romance that is a little more one sided, with Perri’s counterpart, played by O’Donoghue, a bit resistant to open himself up to her love.

O’Donoghue is no stranger to the music scene. Prior to his booking Once Upon a Time, he was a member of the Irish band The Enemies, which he formed with his friend. Later this year The Dust Storm hits theaters starring O’Donoghue as Brennan, a former musician whose trip to Nashville reunites him with an old lover and reconnects him to the music scene.
