Once Upon a Time season 4, episode 4 will flash back to Arendelle, where Anna and Kristoff will share a touching moment. See what the actors can tease!

Everyone’s excited about Emma and Hook’s date in Sunday’s episode of Once Upon a Time, titled “The Apprentice.”

But Captain Swan isn’t the only couple getting some love this week. As seen in the promotional stills for the episode, Anna (Elizabeth Lail) will return to Arendelle to do something for Rumpelstiltskin (Robert Carlyle). She reunites with Kristoff (Scott Michael Foster), and the pair get to show their affection for each other.

Every Frozen fan in the audience will be swooning, we’re sure.

But is everything really as romantic as it seems? Probably not.

IGN has spoken to Elizabeth Lail about her upcoming episode, and she explains what brings her back to Arendelle. “[Rumplestiltskin] offers to help her and she trusts him,” she says. However, “in the long run, he ends up manipulating her into doing something that she wouldn’t normally do, because she’s a good person and he’s not a good person.”

We wonder if what she does will eventually affect someone she loves, like Kristoff or Elsa?

We can also expect to see Anna team up with Belle (Emilie de Ravin), and it sounds like an adventure on par with Belle and Mulan’s. “She makes friends with Belle,” Lail says. “She goes on quite an adventure with Belle. We did a lot of hiking in heels that day.”

Speaking to TV Guide, Scott Michael Foster says that Kristoff will try to be supportive when he finds out what Anna is doing.

“He has faith in her and wants to show that he can be a good husband,” he says. “Kristoff and Anna just love each other. He just has complete support for his fiance.”

He also previews a fun scene coming up between the pair, saying, “I can tell you it’s a bit out of the ordinary. It’s a type of filming that I’ve never done before. It was fun to sort of be thrust into a new set experience that [neither] her nor I have ever done before. It was fun to actually do a scene that felt like we were doing a huge budget movie.”

On Kristoff’s feelings about the Snow Queen (Elizabeth Lail), Foster says, “Obviously there’s going to be some concern about, “Is she who she says she is? Is everything valid?” I think Kristoff has those concerns, but ultimately it’s more intriguing and it raises more questions than answers.”

Once Upon a Time season 4, episode 4, “The Apprentice,” airs Sunday at 8/7c on ABC.
