We’re getting closer to some concrete info about Nintendo’s NX system. A new rumor suggests Super Smash Bros. will be one of its first games.

Dr. Serkan Toto, the CEO of Kantan Games, claims to have some prime info about the Nintendo NX system:

He also remarks that Bandai Namco is working on other titles for the NX, though he doesn’t know which.

Nerdist notes that Toto is a reliable source, and considering that Smash Bros. is one of Nintendo’s benchmark titles, this rumor seems pretty plausible.

We don’t yet know whether it’s a brand new installment, or simply a remastered version of the Wii U game.

A brand new game that is coming to the Nintendo NX, however is a vast, open-ish-world Zelda game, taking Link on a journey through a massive Hyrule.

This time, players won’t be bound by a set dungeon order, and the game will allegedly have more of a Skyrim than Skyward Sword feel (to all Zelda fans’ delight, we’re sure).

Nintendo’s new president Tatsumi Kimishima has previously indicated that the Nintendo NX will be different from anything we’ve seen so far.

“I can assure you we’re not building the next version of Wii or Wii U,” Kimishima told Time. “It’s something unique and different. It’s something where we have to move away from those platforms in order to make it something that will appeal to our consumer base.”

We can’t wait!
