Prepare yourself, agents! The CW has released a promo with new footage from the fourth and final season of Nikita.

Season 4 is going to “be a blast” the promo teases with gunfire and explosions galore.

Season 3 ended with Nikita framed for the assassination of the President of the United States. Rather than put her loved ones in danger, however, Nikita fled. She also left her engagement ring behind for Michael to find.

Meanwhile, the remaining members of Team Nikita destroyed the Division bunker and promised to clear their friend’s name.

Season 4 picks up three months after the season 3 finale, according to Nikita’s voiceover. And the titular heroine is “not chasing shadows anymore.”

And though Nikita left her friends behind for their protection, it seems that her ex-fiance has not taken it well. “I’m still here to fight Amanda, but I am done fighting for us,” Michael tells her.

According to Shane West at Comic-Con this summer, “Michael may have gotten dark again, especially after the end of Season 3.” He adds, “He’s always gonna worry, and he’s always gonna love Nikita, but I think this is really gonna put their relationship to the test.”

Nikita‘s final six episodes will run for six straight weeks in November. There has been some concern as to whether such a short run would leave enough time to conclude the spy drama. But series creator Craig Silverstein assured fans that “you get right to the good stuff” when season 4 starts.

“You don’t have the slower build-up. That’s how we’re going to start, right in the middle of it and not take our foot off the pedal until the end.” Silverstein also described the fourth season as “the final fight,” which will also explore Nikita’s origins. “What was she like? Where did this all start for her?”

Nikita season 4 premieres Friday, November 22 at 9:00 p.m. ET on The CW.
