Nikita season 4, episode 6 “Canceled” airs tonight. In the series finale, Nikita and Alex go rogue to take down Amanda and The Group once and for all.
Previously on ‘Nikita’…
After being framed for assassinating the president, Nikita went on the run. She returned three months later, only to learn that Amanda and The Group were linking her alleged assassination to Pakistan in an effort to start a third world war.
After rescuing the president from The Group, Nikita’s name was cleared and she became a national hero. With Amanda assumed dead and Mr. Jones being held at a CIA black site, the team, being housed on a military base, found themselves in a bubble, believing the fight was finally over.
That is, except for Ryan. Certain that The Group was still active, he learned from Mr. Jones that there were eight members. However, he was taken by Amanda to have his memories modified.
But rather than be a pawn, Ryan jumped out of a window to his eventual death so that Nikita would learn the truth. Realizing her enemies were still operating, at the cost of a loved one’s life, Nikita and Alex joined forces to finish the fight once and for all.
Elsewhere, Alex rescued Sam from loan sharks and they slept together. But while Sam seemed interested in finding out what was between them, Alex told him to figure out who he was first. And with Alex joining forces with Nikita, Sam joined the remainder of Team Nikita on the base.

THE FINAL FIGHT — Frustrated that MDK is still active, Nikita (Maggie Q) decides to end it her way. Leaving Michael (Shane West) and the team behind, Nikita takes Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) on the road to exact revenge. Nikita and Alex capture Jones (guest star David S. Lee) and force him to reveal the names of the rest of the members of MDK. Armed with the information, Nikita goes down a dark path that may ultimately cost her her soul. Michael tracks her down and must get her to surrender before the military opens fire and kills her. However, Nikita isn’t one to give up on a fight, leading her to make a shocking decision. Eagle Egilsson directed the episode written by Albert Kim & Carlos Coto (#406).
