Check out a batch of promo stills from last night’s Nikita episode, “Tipping Point,” as well as the promo for next week’s episode, “Masks,” below. Spoilers ahead.

In the episode, Nikita and Michael are approached by a mysterious organization with a deal: If Michael and Nikita can obtain an item, the organization will fit Michael with an organic prosthetic hand grown from Michael’s DNA.

The stills above show Nikita and Michael at the designated location to drop off the procured item and have Michael’s new hand attached. After a gun fight that ends with several casualties, Michael’s surgery appears to have been successful.

Meanwhile, a mutiny has been mounting within Division. Ryan puts Owen and Alex on the case to find out who the mole is. After they apprehend Rachel, an agent taking part in the rebellion, Ryan and Alex interrogate her. Rachel attempts to take the fall for the entire thing, only to make a comment about Division reaching a “tipping point” that alerts Ryan to the fact that the mastermind is not Rachel, but Alex.

In a sequence in which it becomes clear that Amanda did mess with Alex’s mind when she captured the younger agent after all, Alex seems to connect the agents of Division with the women she left behind after escaping sex slavery. Believing she needs to “get everyone out” and seeing Ryan as a threat to that mission, Alex shoots Ryan and leaves him for dead.

By the time Nikita and Michael return from their side mission, Ryan is in a coma and Alex’s secret is safe, though Michael seems aware that something is wrong with her.
